What a typical week looks like (with timestamps!) when I am home in New York.
Monday
7:00AM: Wake up
7:30AM: Walk with my family in the neighborhood
8:30AM: Complete 30 minute HITT workout
9:00AM: Shower
9:15AM: Morning routine: 10 minute meditation, Five Minute Journal, a page from The Daily Stoic and a page of The Pivot Year. Coffee.
9:30AM: Tackle inboxes and post Reel to @meghandono IG. Hit publish on my Spring Wish List:
The Spring Wish List
The shift in the seasons always has me excited to see what retailers are dropping. I start to browse my go-to sites and develop a little shopping list and wish list as I begin to decide what I may want. Here’s what I’m eyeing for Spring and a few items I got in in the past week.
10:00AM: Virtual meeting with my En Route to Rêverie team member in Paris to discuss client billing, hotel bookings and plans
11:00AM: Quick meeting with my Embark family
11:30AM: Groceries delivered; unpack and make a grain bowl for lunch
12:30PM: Tackle work for w&w and En Route to Rêverie. Work includes:
Finishing touches on a post for The Noteworthy Edit featuring some of my favorite habits and flush out a forthcoming post on my skincare regimen
Begin draft of the next edition of Noteworthy Acquisitions (Vol. 1 here).
Update and schedule to republish my La Ligne Sweaters Review
& my Handyman comes to fix my broken closet…
