Noteworthy Acquisitions Vol 5. - The Early Fall Buys Edition
J.Crew Essential Trouser in Textured Satin*
Ok for all my girls who are part of the *the* J.Crew trouser crew - they released the pant in a new textured satin and I ordered them immediately, obviously and they are great! A bit dressier given the fabric but the same fit and feel we all love. Size 8. I will say I ordered the black and the ivory and the ivory didn’t look as good in person - especially given the dressier fabric - so wouldn’t recommend that color.
Talbots Barn Jacket*
This feels more trench than barn jacket despite it’s name but I think it’s a well priced lightweight jacket perfect for this time of year.

Liffner Sprout Bag
The latest addition to my bag collection. This is such a darling bag from a brand I was keen to try for a while now. The chocolate suede is gorgeous and I’m excited to pair it with a variety of outfits this Fall and well into Winter.
Wardrobe Staples I Always Reach For
I have a deep love for the pieces in my closet that show up time and time again. The ones I pack without second-guessing. The ones I’ve re-worn so many times I’ve lost count. The ones that make me feel most like myself and just make getting dressed easy.
Sezane Suede Jacket
A suede jacket was at the top of my list for Fall additions to my closet. This one is more cropped than the exact one I am looking out for but I do love it. I sized up to an 8 so it wasn’t too fitted or too cropped on my frame.

Naadam Cashmere Sweater
I love the toasted coconut-esque shade of this classic cashmere crew. It’s a bit thin so not totally sold on its quality but the color was too good to pass up. I took the size M which makes it quite fitted on me but good for layering.
