Such an amazing list, thank you for taking the time to put it together! There's so much thoughtfulness and originality in the list items, so many of these tips I've never seen on other lists! Knowing your preferred liquors was probably my favorite item and I wholeheartedly, 1000% agree about therapy. Thank you for your openness and honesty!
Love this list. I used to be compulsive about checking my email during the evenings and weekends too, and I realized it was like a muscle I had to work out. I hard stopped. Deleted outlook from my phone. And it's been a couple of years, but I literally do not even consider checking my email on the weekends and it is life chaaaaanging!
Wow can I relate to "Being less precious"! My mother was big on fine jewelry and gave me a beautiful gold bangle bracelet (with an inscription no less) for high school graduation. Not sure how, but I managed to put a big dent in it my freshman year of college...I was wracked with nerves just thinking about what she would say. Great list, but this one is mine too!
I love this list Meghan! Gives me much to reflect on as well! 🫶🏼💛
I’m so glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for taking time to tell me ❤️
