The Noteworthy Weekly Edit 7.18.25
Some excellent sales, what I've been cooking this week, NYC's best ice cream, chic + affordable timepieces, noteworthy matching sets for summer, where to travel to in the U.S. + plenty more.
Happy Friday! Summer seems to be speeding by so it's been really nice to have had a full week at home playing catch up on life. This week I endured a host of medical appointments but despite that loved being home and getting back into my cherished routines.
I hope you enjoy this week's edit and have a wonderful weekend!
Weekly Edit 7.18.25
This week's Substack-exclusive WCWRBC:
Wearing: I’ve largely been a hermit this week and it’s been so hot in NYC that I’ve been living in my favorite workout clothes. For one lunch meeting I had though I threw on this darling Me + Em shirt dress (size 8) that’s wonderfully versatile. (I’m really having a moment with shirt dresses these days!)
Caring: About the dismantling of the Education Department.
Watching: I started re-watching Scandal and also started the last season of The Summer I Turned Pretty.
Reading: I finished Katherine Center’s Love Haters (didn’t really enjoy it all that much compared to other books of hers I’ve read) and I started Chelsea Handler’s I’ll Have What She’s Having and it is laugh out loud hilarious. I am loving it.
Buying: This seersucker button down + matching shorts for hot NYC days and a cute, easy vacay look (code WNUWELCOME10 will get you 10% off your first purchase).
Cherishing: A full week at home cooking in my kitchen, sleeping in my own bed, hanging with family and doing long walks around the neighborhood.
WHAT I DID THIS WEEK:
Gave a much-needed refresh to The Shop! All categories including Where Meghan Shops and Shop Meghan's Closet have now been updated. Lots of newness has been added, too to the categories on the left hand side.
Made this Hot Honey Haloumi Quinoa Salad and it was a nice change from recipes I usually make. The dates in it were delicious! I also made this Peach and Steak Dense Bean Salad (adding peach parts per serving so as to not have them be soggy) and it was great. I subbed goat cheese for the burrata.
I realized several Substacks I had subscribed to weren't landing in my inbox and found out its because my app setting was wrong and only on Push via Email. If you, like me, prefer content to land in your inbox to ensure you see it, here's how I solved my issue!
I re-culled through the Nordstrom Sale for Public Access and published My Picks from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale + What I Ordered.
As promised, I updated my Westman Atelier Review and added in four new SKUs from the brand I've recently tested.
READ + LOOK + LOVE:

NOTEWORTHY FINDS TO SHOP:
Spotted: my most-worn on the daily Ring Concierge Illusion Studs for 30% off.
And this Varley knit I lived in all Spring (size M) is half off! Size up if in between sizes.
Jenni Kayne also just launched a very good sale of up to 40% off! The viral Cooper Cardigan is included (size up at least one size! I wear the XL), as is the dress I love so much I own it in 4 colors (size L), the elevated flip flops I've been wearing all summer, this dress I own, this great v-neck I love and everyone's favorite cashmere fisherman sweater. Get more sizing guidance and see pieces styled on me in my Jenni Kayne Apparel Review.
To no one's surprise at all, my brain is already looking towards Fall and this gorgeous Khaite bag is going on the wish list.
I've been craving a mini home refresh so been eying some chic pieces to add to my apartment like these dinner plates, this crock you could use as a vase, these beautiful French glasses, these beautiful brass pepper mills and these hand towels.
Some fun new finds from Anthropologie.
And speaking of butter lovers, if you're onto the butter yellow trend, Monday Swimwear just bought back their butter yellow swimwear!
Recently got these jeans that are great for summer - the light wash, the ankle crop. Love them. I got size 28.
This fun striped linen number was a bestseller the other week.
This well priced brand at Revolve has SO many good items right now. I usually size up in the brand and I ordered a few items I'll report back on if they work.
I was excited for my friends at M.M.LaFleur that this blazer of theirs was just named the best wrinkle-free blazer by Oprah and her team! Related: My Personal Favorite M.M.LaFleur Blazer.
Heaven Mayhem just launched three gorgeous (and well priced) new timepieces!
Been living in this top + matching shorts while at home this week. I got the size M in both but the top is quite oversized so recommend sizing down in that for sure and possibly the shorts if you are between sizes. It's the perfect comfy yet put together lounge set for summer at home wear.
And, speaking of matching sets - put together a few other cute ones in this matching sets edit.
At last I did an exhaustive update to my (2021!) post on My Everyday Jewelry.
